Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Siamo stati accolti dal maitre Antonio con molta professionalità, e anche gli altri membri dello staff Francesco e Nicola ci hanno messo a nostro agio! Tutto assolutamente squisito! Da consigliare!

Devo dire che sono stata bene in questo Hotel, il personale è sempre presente, gentile, cordiale e anche tanto paziente. Cercano sempre di accontentarti e di rispondere ad ogni tua richiesta ed esigenza. Carine le stanze e comodi i bagni. Inoltre, cosa di non poco conto in questo periodo, è sempre tutto molto pulito ed ordinato ve lo consiglio.

I have to say I had a great time at this hotel. The staff is always there, kind, friendly, and very patient. They always try to accommodate your every request and need. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are comfortable. Furthermore, something that's very important during this time, everything is always very clean and tidy. I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo scoperto il ristorante di questo storico albergo della nostra città grazie alla promozione di the fork ed al passaparola e devo dire che è stata un'ottima scoperta! L'atmosfera elegante e rilassata, l'ottimo servizio del cameriere Francesco, la gentilezza del maitre e soprattutto il cibo con materie prime di qualità,ben lavorate e presentate, con un approccio genuino ed l'attenzione alla proposta di prodotti tipici anche in una zona profondamente turistica,fanno di questo ristorante un bel punto di riferimento per chi viene in visita ma anche per chi ci abita. Ristorante accogliente con personale di sala professionale educato , gentile disponibile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Noi abbiamo ordinato il menù turistico ed era cucinato in modo sublime, saporito, condito alla perfezione, veramente ottimo. Complimenti vivissimi allo chef. Inoltre ci tengo a ringraziare il personale di sala partendo da il maitre Antonio, a seguire Savio e Nicola per averci elegantemente e scherzosamente accompagnato per tutto il pranzo, non trascurando nessun dettaglio coccolandoci per tutto il tempo. Ma soprattutto sono L anima del ristorante, simpatici allegri. Un plauso va anche al direttore alla reception che sa stare allo scherzo e allo sfottò insieme ai suoi collaboratori. I booked this restaurant on the fork reading the positive reviews, what can I say... There are no words to describe how good we had, in fact wonderfully good. Welcoming restaurant with professional, polite, helpful and attentive waiting staff to the needs of the customer. We ordered the tourist menu and it was cooked in a sublime way, tasty, seasoned to perfection, truly excellent. Warmest compliments to the chef. I also want to thank the waiting staff starting from the maitre Antonio, followed by Savio and Nicola for having elegantly and jokingly accompanied us throughout the lunch, not neglecting any detail, pampering us the whole time. But above all they are the soul of the restaurant, nice, cheerful. A round of applause also goes to the manager at the reception who knows how to take a joke and a tease together with his collaborators. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything. Chapeau to all the guys.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante avendo prenotato un trattamento mezza pensione... siamo stati benissimo abbiamo mangiato benissimo. I nostri complimenti vanno in egual modo allo chef ma anche al servizio soprattutto a Francesco per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità qualità non sempre riscontrabili altrove. Se siete a San Giovanni Rotondo vale la pena fermarsi in questo ristorante! Ritorneremo!

Torno sempre al Fini, quando sono a San Giovanni Rotondo... Le stanze sono accoglienti e pulite e il personale gentile. Il ristorante poi offre ampia scelta, anche per chi è intollerante al glutine come me. Dalla colazione alla cena, nessuna differenza con chi invece non ha problemi...

Al ristorante dell'hotel Fini è diverso, ti portano le pietanze (le stesse dei "non intolleranti") senza glutine e non solo la pasta, ma il pane, la bruschetta, i vari dessert ; la colazione?! Idem, cornetto, fette biscottate, dolcetti... E allora grazie perché fa' davvero piacere non sentirsi ogni volta emarginati.☀️👍Traduzione
We have been coming to the Fini hotel for 2 years and it is a pleasure. It is a welcoming, bright, clean structure... with dynamic and always available staff. Above all, thank you for your attention to every need... I am gluten intolerant and every time (elsewhere) it seems like a problem. At the Fini hotel restaurant it's different, they bring you gluten-free dishes (the same as the "non-intolerant" ones) and not just the pasta, but the bread, the bruschetta, the various desserts; breakfast?! Ditto, croissant, rusks, sweets... So thank you because it's really nice not to feel marginalized every time.☀️👍
